Corona Virus Update 22 Jun

To Club members and members of our community.

The Board is continually monitoring and taking advice from the Government and Health Bodies, as well as that from Hockey Australia, Hockey Victoria, and Wyndham City Council in relation to the coronavirus and Club activities.

As of Monday 22nd June – junior training will allow competitive activities. Seniors cannot undertake competitive activity until 20th July.

Showers and changerooms will not open due to the Club’s inability to monitor and implement supervision.

Spectators will not be allowed at training at this stage due to the Club’s inability to monitor and implement

The Board will liaise with section coordinators re opening the social rooms on certain occasions. A limit of 20 people will be allowed in social rooms at any time.

Reminder: Any member with flu-like symptoms should exclude themselves from training at the first sign of the symptoms and seek medical advice. If you are required to be tested please forward a copy of negative results to Club’s COVID 19 Coordinator. Lyn Tout at

If you become infected with the virus, please advise the Club COVID 19 Coordinator, Lyn Tout, as we are mandated to report incidents.
